A Fantastic Valikappu Function!!!

Hi everyone,
A beautiful function, very well organised by all the members of the Vanavil which brought back so many memories. I am sure everyone enjoyed as much as Shiva and I did. At the end of the function Jyothi looked very beautiful with her hands covered in bangles and her face glowed with happiness. I think this shows that the function was a very big success. Jyothi, have a good time with your family in Sydney and we will see you when you come back. For the rest of the Vanavil members well done, take care and happy holidays!!

Jothy's Valaikaappu

Jothy's valaikappu function went well today. All the vaanavils have organised the function by preparing food and performed the rituals traditionally. Some of the children were present to enjoy the occasion.

Everyone had fun (mainly enjoyed the variety of food items?!!!) .

Hello Vaanavil Aunties,

Happy Diwali Everyone!

I would like to say a few words about this wonderful event.Firstly i want to thank all the Vaanavil club mothers for making the diwali night so enjoyable and i bet none of us will forget this night.

Sarayu aunty,Manju aunty and Udaya aunty for organising the cultural programs.

Gita aunty, Sudar aunty , Subha aunty and Susi aunty for organising yummy food and snacks.

Priya Sankar aunty for lovely gifts.

Priya amma and Jothy aunty for organising fun games(I loved the quiz very much Jothy aunty)

Special thanks to Sahana akka for patiently teaching us good dance steps that suited the music.

On behalf of all the Vaanavil kids i shout loudly that we all enjoyed the night the most.

Can we have something like this all the time aunties?!!!
